What we do:
Compliance contracts - on request
EICRs, CP12s including boiler servicing, Fire safety checks (Doors and accessories, alarms/smokes, Blankets/Exts, AOV, EMLs), Legionella tests, + more
Property Maintenance Management - 7.5%
We can manage all reactive and routine maintenance for your property. For a 12 month term this starts 7.5% of your monthly rental income. Bespoke routine maintenance inclusive packages available.
Inventorised initial property inspections - £75
Detailed inspection report. Fire Safety Checks (Doors, Smokes, Fire preventions checks), Damp inspection, Gas leak checks, Appliance checks and more.
Periodic/Interim/Mid-Term Inspections - £50
HMOs Subject to additional £5 per bedroom fee (4 or more). All fire safety checks carried out, damp check, gas leak checks, recommendations given.
End of Tenancy reports - £65
HMOs Subject to additiona £5 per bedroom room (4 or more). Identification of tenant/landlord responsible action needed, safety checks, damp checks, gas leak checks, action required.
