What we do:
Compliance contracts - on request
EICRs, CP12s including boiler servicing, Fire safety checks (Doors and accessories, alarms/smokes, Blankets/Exts, AOV, EMLs), Legionella tests, + more
Property Maintenance Management - 10% (Subject to portfolio size)
We can manage all reactive and routine maintenance for your property. Cost against your monthly rental income. Bespoke routine maintenance inclusive packages available.
Inventorised initial property inspections - £100
Detailed inspection report per room, HMOs subject to additional £10 per bedroom addiaddional charge (4 or more). Fire Safety Checks (Doors, Smokes, Fire preventions checks), Damp inspection, Gas leak checks, Appliance checks and more.
Beginning of Tenancy reports (Check-Ins) - £75
HMOs Subject to additiona £5 per bedroom room (4 or more). Validation of tenant/landlord actions completed against your previous check-outs; Final key validation checks. Documented outstanding snags.
Periodic/Interim/Mid-Term Inspections - £60
HMOs Subject to additional £5 per bedroom fee (4 or more). All fire safety checks carried out, damp check, gas leak checks, recommendations given.
End of Tenancy reports (Check-Outs) - £75
HMOs Subject to additiona £5 per bedroom room (4 or more). Identification of tenant/landlord responsible action needed, safety checks, damp checks, gas leak checks, action required.
End of Tenancy cleans - Prices on request
Full thorough end of tenancy cleans available, oven cleans, hygiene cleans, furniture cleans, appliance cleans.
Property Maintenance services - Quotes Available
All aspects of work considered following your inspections. From basic repairs to full project managemen of refurbishments. Quotes provided upon request.
